Salsa Making

This activity is being developed in association with one of Tlaquepaque’s most established hospitality venues. Mexican salsas make use of the glorious variety of chilies and tomatoes that are found in the fields and markets of Mexico. Although you may not be able to reproduce them all when you return home to north of the border or wherever you live, you will delight in watching our expert make several salsas using traditional techniques, and in tasting them with warm tortillas.  This activity is still under development and not available for booking, but we invite you to use the inquiry form to let us know of your interest.
